These Air Fryer Egg Bites are a quick and easy way to enjoy a protein-packed snack or breakfast. Perfectly fluffy and customizable with your favorite ingredients!
Ingredients
6 large eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup diced onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
2. 2. In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. 3. Stir in shredded cheese, bell peppers, and onions.
4. 4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
5. 5. Place the molds in the air fryer basket.
6. 6. Cook for 15 minutes or until the egg bites are set and slightly golden.
7. 7. Carefully remove the molds and let cool for a few minutes.
8. 8. Pop the egg bites out of the molds and serve warm.
Notes
These egg bites can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
