Ingredients
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
10 egg roll wrappers

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, chicken, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
4. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
6. Spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
7. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu or additional vegetables.
