Description

Bacon-wrapped Jalapeño Cheddar Bombs are a delicious appetizer featuring spicy jalapeños stuffed with creamy cheddar cheese and wrapped in crispy bacon.


Ingredients

12 jalapeño peppers

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

12 slices of bacon

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.

5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

6. Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
