Deliciously spicy and creamy jalapeño poppers wrapped in crispy bacon, served on mini slider buns for the ultimate appetizer experience. Perfect for parties and game day!
Ingredients
8 large jalapeños, halved and seeded
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
16 slices of bacon
12 slider buns
1/2 cup ranch dressing (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and cheddar cheese until well combined.
3. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
4. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
5. Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
7. While the jalapeños are baking, toast the slider buns in the oven for 5 minutes.
8. Assemble sliders by placing a bacon-wrapped jalapeño on each bun. Serve with ranch dressing if desired.
Notes
For a milder version, you can remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapeños.
Feel free to add spices like garlic powder or smoked paprika to the cream cheese mixture for extra flavor.
