Description

Bacon-Wrapped Maple Jalapeño Poppers are a perfect blend of spicy, smoky, and sweet flavors. These delightful appetizers are sure to impress your guests at any gathering!


Ingredients

– 12 large jalapeños

– 12 slices of bacon

– 1 cup cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/4 cup maple syrup

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp onion powder

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

2. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

3. 2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

4. 3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

5. 4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.

6. 5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.

7. 6. Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

8. 7. Drizzle maple syrup over the top of each jalapeño.

9. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is bubbly.

Notes
