Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix until well combined.
4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
