Description

A delicious Bourbon BBQ Bacon Smash Burger topped with crispy onion rings, perfect for any burger lover.


Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef

4 slices of bacon

1/2 cup bourbon BBQ sauce

4 hamburger buns

1 cup crispy onion rings

Salt and pepper to taste

Lettuce and tomato for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into patties.

3. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.

4. Grill the beef patties for about 4 minutes on each side, adding the bourbon BBQ sauce in the last minute of cooking.

5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until golden brown.

6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bun, topping with bacon, crispy onion rings, lettuce, and tomato.

7. Serve immediately with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
