Ingredients
– 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
– 1/2 cup bourbon
– 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 tsp salt
– Skewers (if using wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)
