These Bourbon-Glazed Whiskey Chicken Skewers are perfect for festive celebrations, combining tender chicken with a sweet and savory glaze that will impress your guests.
Ingredients
– 1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
– 1/2 cup bourbon whiskey
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– Bamboo or metal skewers
