Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Skewers, soaked in water if wooden
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together bourbon, maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
2. Add shrimp to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
5. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.
6. Brush with remaining marinade while grilling.

Notes
