Description

This Caramelized Pumpkin Spice Tart is a delightful dessert that combines the rich flavors of pumpkin, warm spices, and a buttery crust, perfect for fall gatherings.

1 pre-made pie crust

2 cups pumpkin puree

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

3. Pour the filling into the pre-made pie crust, spreading it evenly.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

5. Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
