These Cheddar-Stuffed Bacon Burger Bombs are a delicious twist on the classic burger, featuring juicy beef, crispy bacon, and gooey cheddar cheese, all wrapped in a golden crust.
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Take a biscuit and flatten it out in your palm.
4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of the biscuit and fold the edges over to seal.
5. Repeat with remaining biscuits and filling.
6. Place the bombs on a greased baking sheet and spray the tops with cooking spray.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
For extra flavor, add some chopped jalapeños to the beef mixture.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for added enjoyment.
