Description

This Cheesy Bacon Bliss Casserole is a rich and comforting dish that combines layers of creamy cheese, crispy bacon, and hearty potatoes, perfect for family gatherings or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

4 cups diced potatoes

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup chopped green onions


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Fold in the crumbled bacon and half of the cheddar cheese.

4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.

5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.

6. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions.


Notes
