Description
A delicious fusion of cheesy bacon mac and a juicy burger, all wrapped in crispy onion rings.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup cooked macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
1 large onion, sliced into rings
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, macaroni, cheddar cheese, bacon, salt, and pepper.
2. Form the mixture into patties.
3. Take onion rings and fill each with a beef patty.
4. Dip each stuffed onion ring in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
6. Fry the stuffed onion rings until golden brown on both sides.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, add spices to the beef mixture.
Serve with a side of fries for a complete meal.
