Description

These Cheesy Bacon Mac Burger Stuffed Pretzel Rings are a delicious fusion of flavors, combining juicy burgers, creamy mac and cheese, and crispy bacon, all encased in a soft pretzel ring.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup cooked macaroni

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 slices cooked bacon, chopped

1/2 cup cream cheese

1 tbsp mustard

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 package pretzel dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Coarse sea salt for topping


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400.

2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, bacon, cream cheese, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into patties.

4. Roll out the pretzel dough and cut it into strips.

5. Wrap each patty with the dough strips to form a ring, sealing the edges.

6. Brush the rings with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.


Notes

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
