Ingredients
– 1 loaf of refrigerated pizza dough
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup butter, melted
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

2. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
3. 2. In a bowl, combine the mozzarella, ricotta, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
4. 3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into 2-inch squares.
5. 4. Place a tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the center of each square.
6. 5. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
7. 6. Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and parsley.
8. 7. Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
9. 8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
10. 9. For the dip, mix together sour cream, parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes in a small bowl.

Notes
– Feel free to add your favorite herbs or spices to the cheese mixture.
– These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking. Just add a few extra minutes to the baking time if baking from frozen.
