Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
3. Add the minced garlic, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
5. Top with crumbled bacon.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
7. Serve warm with bread or vegetable sticks for dipping.
Notes
For an extra kick, add some red pepper flakes to the dip.
Feel free to substitute the cheddar cheese with your favorite cheese.
