Description

Ingredients

– 8 oz (225 g) Gruyère cheese, grated

– 8 oz (225 g) Emmental cheese, grated

– 1 cup (240 ml) dry white wine

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tsp lemon juice

– 1 tsp cornstarch

– 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

– 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Crusty bread, cut into cubes
