Ingredients
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crumbled bacon (cooked)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
3. Stir in the crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
6. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
