Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp pumpkin spice blend
salt and pepper to taste
1 loaf of crusty bread, cut into bite-sized pieces
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese, Gruyère, and cheddar until melted and creamy.
2. Stir in the pumpkin puree and heavy cream until well combined.
3. Add the pumpkin spice, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
4. Reduce heat to low and keep warm while preparing dippers.
5. Serve the fondue with crusty bread pieces for dipping.
Notes
For a twist, try adding a splash of white wine to the cheese mixture for added depth of flavor.
