Description

This Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Bacon Dip is a creamy, cheesy delight packed with flavor. Perfect for parties or game days!


Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup chopped fresh spinach

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

3. Stir in the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, crumbled bacon, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.

6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.


Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes or a splash of hot sauce.
