A rich and creamy cheesecake swirled with chocolate and caramel, perfect for dessert lovers.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Stir in sour cream until combined.
6. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust, then drizzle half of the caramel sauce and chocolate chips. Pour the remaining batter on top and swirl with a knife.
7. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature ingredients.
Top with additional caramel and chocolate before serving.
