Ingredients
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
1 apple, peeled and diced
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Powdered sugar for dusting

2. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. 2. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
4. 3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced apple, brown sugar, and nutmeg. Cook until apples are tender, about 5 minutes.
5. 4. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough and cut each roll into halves. Flatten each piece slightly.
