Ingredients
8 ounces elbow macaroni
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (for garnish)

3. 2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
4. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
5. 4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
6. 5. In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the mac and cheese.
