Description
These creamy buffalo mac & cheese bites are a delicious twist on a classic dish. Perfect for parties or game day, they are easy to make and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
8 oz elbow macaroni
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, green onions, salt, and pepper.
4. Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup to the top.
5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top of each mac & cheese bite.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin and serving.
Notes
These bites can be made ahead of time and frozen. Simply reheat in the oven before serving.
