Description

This creamy four-cheese bacon dip is the ultimate indulgence for cheese lovers. Paired with crispy garlic bread, it’s the perfect appetizer for any gathering!


Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 loaf of French bread, sliced


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan.

3. Add the crumbled bacon, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley; mix until well combined.

4. Spread the cheese mixture into a baking dish.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

6. While the dip is baking, prepare the garlic bread by spreading butter and minced garlic on each slice of French bread.

7. Place the garlic bread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Serve the cheesy dip hot with garlic bread for dipping.


Notes

For a spicier kick, add some chopped jalapeños to the cheese mixture.

This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge until ready to bake.
