Description

Creamy Garlic Butter Tuscan Shrimp is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that combines succulent shrimp with a rich and creamy garlic sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach. Perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

2 cups fresh spinach

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.

5. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
