Description

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 cup breadcrumbs

2 large eggs, beaten

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

4. Prepare a breading station by placing the breadcrumbs in one bowl and the beaten eggs in another.

5. Dip each cheese ball into the egg, then roll in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.

6. Place the breaded cheese balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.


Notes
