Ingredients
8 oz fettuccine pasta
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. 1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
3. 3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
