Ingredients
1 cup Arborio rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. 1. In a saucepan, heat the chicken broth over low heat.
2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
