Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
1. 1. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
2. 2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. 3. Drain the cauliflower and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
