Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix together heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over them.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
5. Broil for an additional 5 minutes to brown the top.
