A rich and creamy garlic parmesan potato bake that will comfort your soul.
Ingredients
2 pounds of potatoes, sliced thinly
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
4. Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes and sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese.
5. Repeat with the remaining potatoes, cream mixture, and cheese.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Notes
For a crispy top, broil for a few minutes after baking. Serve warm.
