Description

Ingredients

8 oz elbow macaroni

2 cups pumpkin puree

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup milk

1/2 cup cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped


Instructions

1. 1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. 2. In a large saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, milk, cream cheese, garlic powder, pumpkin spice, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until smooth and heated through.

3. 3. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.

4. 4. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix until evenly coated.

5. 5. In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and chopped sage, stirring until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and fragrant.
