Description

This Creamy Tuscan Shrimp Pasta Bake is a delightful combination of succulent shrimp, creamy sauce, and baked pasta, perfect for a comforting meal.

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup spinach, fresh

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil for garnish


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. 2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.

3. 3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
