Description

These crispy avocado egg rolls are a delicious and healthy appetizer, perfect for any dinner gathering. Filled with creamy avocado and spices, they are sure to impress!


Ingredients

2 ripe avocados

1/2 cup cream cheese

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon lime juice

8 egg roll wrappers

Oil for frying


Instructions

1. 1. In a bowl, mash the avocados and mix in cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and lime juice.

2. 2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, with a corner pointing towards you.

3. 3. Place 2 tablespoons of the avocado mixture in the center of the wrapper.

4. 4. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.

5. 5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
