Ingredients

Scale

2 ripe avocados

1 egg

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2. 2. Mash the avocados until smooth.

3. 3. Add breadcrumbs, flour, Parmesan cheese, cilantro, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl.

4. 4. Mix until well combined.

5. 5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

6. 6. Form the mixture into small patties and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

7. 7. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute the egg with a flax egg.

Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.

These fritters can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
