Ingredients
– 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 cup water
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 cup buffalo sauce
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 cup ranch dressing (for drizzle)
– Chopped green onions (for garnish)

8. – Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
9. – Drizzle ranch dressing over the bites and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
– For extra crunch, you can use panko breadcrumbs in the batter.
