Ingredients
– 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
– 1 cup buffalo sauce
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
– 8 slider buns
– 8 slices of cooked bacon
– 1/2 cup ranch dressing
– Lettuce and tomato for topping
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. 2. In a bowl, toss the chicken strips in buffalo sauce until well coated.
3. 3. Dredge the chicken in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
4. 4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is crispy and cooked through.
6. 6. Slice the slider buns in half and toast them lightly.
7. 7. Assemble the sliders by placing a piece of crispy chicken on the bottom half of each bun.
8. 8. Add a slice of bacon, cheese, and a dollop of ranch dressing.
9. 9. Top with lettuce and tomato, then place the top half of the bun on.

Notes
– For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in buffalo sauce for a few hours before breading.
