Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before baking.
