These Crispy Cheddar Jalapeño Poppers are the perfect blend of spicy and cheesy, making them a fantastic appetizer for any gathering. Served with a fiery dipping sauce, they are sure to be a hit!
Ingredients
– 12 fresh jalapeños
– 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp paprika
– 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Oil for frying

3. 2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

Notes
– For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
