Description

This crispy garlic herb potato medley is a delightful side dish featuring golden, crispy potatoes tossed with fresh herbs and garlic, perfect for any meal.

2 pounds baby potatoes

4 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
