Ingredients
2 pounds baby potatoes
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2. 2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
3. 3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
