Description

Crispy garlic parmesan potato wedges are a delicious side dish that combines the flavors of garlic and parmesan cheese with perfectly baked potato wedges for a crunchy texture.


Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.

3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.

4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
