Ingredients

Scale

2 large sweet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin fries.

3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.

4. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the sweet potato fries in water for 30 minutes before baking.

Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your taste.
