Ingredients
2 large sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin fries.
3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
4. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the sweet potato fries in water for 30 minutes before baking.
