Description

These Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken Wings are the perfect blend of sweet and savory. Tossed in a sticky honey garlic sauce and served with a tangy ranch dip, they are sure to be a crowd-pleaser at any gathering.

1. 2 lbs chicken wings

2. 1/2 cup honey

3. 1/4 cup soy sauce

4. 4 cloves garlic, minced

5. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

6. 1 teaspoon ground ginger

7. 1 teaspoon salt

8. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

9. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

10. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

11. 1/4 cup ranch dressing (for dipping)

12. Fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

2. 2. In a large bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, ground ginger, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).

3. 3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them in the sauce.

4. 4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.

5. 5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.

6. 6. In the last 5 minutes of baking, baste the wings with additional sauce for added flavor.

Notes
