Crispy Jalapeño Bacon Cheese Bombs are a deliciously spicy and cheesy appetizer, perfect for parties or game day. These bite-sized treats are wrapped in crispy bacon and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
8 jalapeño peppers
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
16 slices of bacon
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
6. Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
Notes
For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
