These Crispy Maple Garlic Chicken Wings are the perfect combination of sweet and savory. The crispy skin is coated in a sticky maple garlic sauce that will have everyone reaching for seconds!
Ingredients
– 2 lbs chicken wings
– 1/2 cup maple syrup
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
3. In a bowl, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
4. In a large ziplock bag, add the chicken wings and pour the maple garlic marinade over them. Seal the bag and shake to coat the wings evenly. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight in the fridge).
5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated wings on the wire rack in a single layer.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Drizzle with any remaining sauce and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

For extra crispiness, you can broil the wings for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or blue cheese.
