Ingredients
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a bowl, combine parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and rub them with olive oil.
4. Coat the chicken thighs with the parmesan mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
5. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side up.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
8. Drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
