Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
2 large eggs, beaten
Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with the beaten eggs.
3. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
4. Coat the cauliflower florets in the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
5. Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Spray the florets lightly with cooking spray.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, add your favorite spices to the breadcrumb mixture.
