Description

A delicious medley of crispy potatoes seasoned with parmesan and fresh herbs. Perfect as a side dish.


Ingredients

2 pounds baby potatoes

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.

3. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.

4. Toss until potatoes are well coated.

5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.

6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the potatoes.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
